The Population Care Research Network is a multi-disciplinary group of clinician-investigators that evaluates important questions to inform the delivery of organized, systematic care to a population of patients.  Areas of interest include breast, cervical, colorectal and prostate cancer screening and improving outcomes for patients with chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus and hypertension. The group's investigations are supported by several sources including The Permanente Medical Group, the National Institutes of Health, the National Cancer Institute, and the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute.
