Stephanie Prausnitz, MS

Stephanie Prausnitz is the Manager of the Rapid Analytics Unit (RAU) within the Delivery Science and Applied Research (DARE) program. She has over 25 years of experience in health services and epidemiologic research, with a proven track record in data analysis, project management, and team leadership. Part of the RAU since its inception, Stephanie leads a team of programmer analysts to drive impactful research on high-priority topics for The Permanente Medical Group. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and productive work environment, guiding staff development, and ensuring the successful execution of projects, all while prioritizing human subjects protection and effective stakeholder communication. Stephanie earned her Master’s Degree in Population Sciences from the Harvard School of Public Health. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the swimming pool or in a bluegrass jam.
