Urology


The Urology and Urologic Oncology specialty research group strives to facilitate investigations focused on improving clinical outcomes centered on patient care and how to implement changes in the care of our patients. Current topic areas of interest include: refining prostate cancer screening / detection strategies, utility of prostate MRI in men with prior negative biopsies, predicting response of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for invasive bladder cancer, optimizing clinical care of testicular cancer patients, use of outpatient TURP, impact of a regional kidney stone prevention program.
